Items are in varying conditions. Level crossing, bus stop and kestrel house kits are unbuild. Metcalfe kit has been opened but has not been built. I’m unsure if this kit is complete or not, but from a check recently the vast majority of the kit is present. The built house is a kestrel kit. Station building is a cardboard building, it appears some parts of it are discoloured and warped. Items could be useful for a custom build or as a form of spares for other kits.
