Title: Woman with Red Hair and Purple Feather Boa.

This is an original artwork and not a print.

A glamourous and intentionally tawdry painting of a mysterious red headed

woman painted in layers with gouache paints in a very painterly style evoking the 1920s

German Expressionist painters and French painters of such as Matisse, Degas and Manet.

The contrast of the orange hair and green background with the strokes of purple in the

feather boa are just a.m.a.z.i.n.g. Oil pastels have also been used to create that extra pop of colour.

Would look fabulous framed especially if it was framed in something gold, decorative and over the top.

Materials: Gouache paint on paper weighing approx 130 grams.

Size: 30 x 42 cms approx.
