Rear bumper rack for vintage bicycle is in good shape. The actual “holder” is pretty tight in a good way, in that the spring is tight and not rusted.

The holder itself has some rust on it. I’m assuming it had a reflector on the back side at one time but has been broken off. I think it could easily replaced.

The length of the supports that attach to the wheel are 14.24”
