This rare faceted agate bead measures 16.6 x 14.6 x 8.8 mm and features a stunning orange color. The bead is believed to have originated from Rome or Asia and is certain to have originated thousands of years ago. I sure wish this bead could talk because I am stumped. Either this was crafted this way or it broke anciently and they didn’t care. A beautiful piece of lapidary work. Worn so smooth it is difficult to make a reasonable guess :(
