This is a vintage traveling card game of some sort. Has a carrying case that looks like a wallet. Holds 2 decks of cards with vintage architecural structures on each card cover. Holds score sheets and 6 drink coasters that fit in the middle. Never seen anything like it before. Not sure if case is leather. Looks like it.
