2: Patch material , Twill. or black Velvet.
3: Thread color of letters, thread color for border.
4: Letter style, Block or script, you can choose a font from my examples or if you have a special font you would like to use i will need the font name.
5: What do you want your patch to say .
6: DO YOU WANT IRON ON ??
