post every day Mon-Fri. Your order will be
dispatched immediately upon cleared payment, cheques will

Orders paid before 2:00 pm will be dispatched the

after 2:00 pm on a Friday will be dispatched the
following Monday. Our standard postage is using
Royal Mail First Class Service. This usually
arrives the following day, however
Royal Mail state 1-2 days. Opting for the
additional Royal Mail First Class Recorded
Service will require a signature. We offer a
postage discount for multiple items, to qualify all items
must be paid at the same time. Please contact us
before making payment to request a combined
invoice.

accept returns/exchanges for all Buy It Now
purchases only if the item is returned within 14
days in original unused condition. We will
refund the full purchased cost of the item. We

accept returns for Auction items.
