This fantastic 8 foot, 4 section boat/pier rod is rated to handle a weight between 100-200 grams. It is ideal to leave in a caravan, boat or car in case the chance for a spot of fishing arises. It is also an ideal, easily packed companion for holidays. Please keep in mind that this is a boat rod and NOT a beach casting rod - it is of a smaller cross section than a casting rod (as are all boat rods) and so will not withstand the extreme stresses generated during heavy casting. This is true for all boat rods.

It measures approximately 77cm collapsed. Please note that during manufacturer assembly and during use (extending and retracting the sections), a few marks/scratches may become evident on all sections - this is normal and is not considered a fault.

The rod will be sent in a very strong cardboard tube to ensure it reaches you undamaged. Dispatched very quickly.
