Refund/exchanges- We offer a full refund or exchange within the first 14 days of receiving your item only if the item you purchased is unopened and in the brand new condition you received it in.

Payments- We only accept payments through PayPal.

Delivery- We can only ship to your delivery address in your PayPal account.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of cleared payment.

Our offices are open Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm.  We are not open on weekends or bank holidays.  Any orders received during the office hours are dispatched within 24 hours.

For e.g. any purchases made after 5pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

We aim to respond to your quires and answer all email within 48hours between Monday to Friday.
