All payments must be received before items are sent.


Shipping information

 All items are shipped via Royal Mail and Yodeland can be tracked online from collection right through to delivery. We are able to see who has signed for or declined the package ensuring that misplaced packages are found and or replaced.
Our deliveries are Monday - Friday and are usually before 3pm, but can be up until 5pm. We are not able to offer Saturday deliveries. All orders before 2:30pm will be sent for Next Day delivery.

Return Policy

 All returns must be logged within 3 days of delivery. We will accept returns for misplaced items or no longer needed.

A-Z MotorSpares reserve the right to charge a handling fee for any return outside of this period.

We can also guarantee next day delivery at a additional cost of £5.
