Heisey Lariat Celery Dish Carved Leaf Clear Crystal Cray Cuts, 12 1/4" x 5", 1 1/4" T.  Produced ca 1942-1957.  No signature or label, probably the trademark was lost due to the cutting on the base.  Condition - excellent (see 2 below) - no chips, cracks, or cloudiness.

1.) Mint- Like New or New; 2.) Excellent- Used but near new with very minor wear, if any (small scratches or abrasions which are not very noticeable) 3.) Very Good- Used shows wear (scratches and/or abrasions) consistent with age of item; 4.) Fair - Shows considerable wear (many scratches or abrasions) and/or chips and/or cloudiness; 5.) Poor- Considerable wear and/or minor to severe damage
