Our ebay postage rate table should give you the accurate postage fee. If there is anything wrong, we will contact you within 1-2 working days after receiving your order.
International shipping
We ship our goods world-wide.
Normal shipping times to Europe is 2-5working days
and 7-10 working days for the 'Rest of world'
All orders via ebay must be made via paypal or cheque.
Once an order has been placed, we can allow collection, however collections must be booked in before coming. Payment can be made upon collection or prior to coming.
If you make a payment via paypal E-cheque, the payment may take 3-10 working days. We are unable to despatch the goods until the payment has cleared.
30 Day returns
All brand new un-opened items can be returned within 30days for a full refund. Please see below for further details.
Faulty items
If an item is faulty, we will replace the item at our cost. All large items will require a courier exchange, which will require a day for the courier to swap the item over. Any small items can be returned via royal mail, where we will send you a return label to drop the item off to any royal mail post office / depot.
Unwanted items
Any unwanted items can be returned for a refund within 30 days, however the return postage is at the buyers cost.
If you have purchased an item and you wanted to exchange it or upgrade to another model, we will advise the fees on each individual circumstance.
