Shipping:

  **Items will ONLY be shipped to the address provided at time of payment/checkout.  NO Exceptions. Shipping options/cost is pre-set per listing.  If you would like to combine shipping, Please place all items in SHOPPING CART- then do the checkout.  No refunds on shipping if you checkout each item individually. 

We do NOT ship internationally.

Payment:

Payment is to be paid immediately.  If you are purchasing multiple items and need combined shipping- Please place in shopping cart and make one payment.

Payments are now made through eBay payments. 

Returns:

Please read the returns policy.  

All items MUST be returned for a refund.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost on a returned item.  Colleen’s Crafts will refund the return shipping cost if incorrect item was shipped.
