Orders received before 11am Mon-Thurs will be processed same day and dispatched within 1 working day.
Orders placed at any time on a Friday will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

DELIVERY & RETURNS:
Delivery surcharges may apply to orders over 2kg (unless otherwise stated) based on geographical location of the delivery.
Should you for any reason not be satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns in the original packaging at the buyers cost. After 14 days we reserve the right to refuse item returns.

All orders whereby delivery is not possible (for whatever reason), will be held for a short time to enable an alternative delivery at an extra charge.
Any orders which fail to be collected and are returned to HUMAC ASSOCIATES SUPPLIES Ltd will be subject to a minimum £15.00 admin charge.
