Hello, you are viewing my listing for a Vintage Silver On Copper Double Plate Teapot.  This appears to be a Painted Black teapot.  My guess is that someone had painted this teapot black to give it an artistic antique look.  This is only my guess however.  This teapot measures 7" tall by 9 and 3/4" long by 6" wide.  There is the engraved words on the bottom which state "Silver On Copper Double Plate".  The black coloring on certain areas has some markings on it.  I have shown these in my photographs.  This teapot has no dents, cracks, or repairs present.  Please view all my photographs for further details.
