Contact us during business hours. Customer service must assign a Returned Goods Authorization number for any returned item. This RGA number is used by our returns department to validate the receipt of goods back to our warehouse. All defective items will be inspected and tested by our RGA Department.
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please report the problem to our customer service team. Please inspect your product on receipt. All items are shipped new, never used. In most cases, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless they have been approved by our RGA Department, and customers may be responsible for return shipping cost. Shop fees are not covered as part of this warranty or return.
