Delivery

• Please advise what to do if no one is home at time of delivery, i.e. Leave at Front Door. We are unable to effect a 2nd delivery without incurring extra costs.
• We will guarantee the safe delivery of your product, if the product is received damaged we need to be notified within 24 hrs and require a photo of the damage.
• While we stock a lot of products sometimes we run out, if there are any delays we will advise you of this. 

Returns

We will not accept product returns because you don't like the choice you made. Please look at our images and read our descriptions thoroughly and if necessary call us and ask questions. If there are other reasons the product needs to be returned, the onus will be on you to return it to us in good re-saleable condition. Mailboxes can be large and cumbersome and if not packed properly can be prone to damage. We take extra care when packaging our product and if you are going to return a product we recommend the same care.
