·         Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

·         These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

·         We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

SHIPPING:

Most orders will be shipped the next business day of cleared payment.  However, due to holidays and unforeseen events, all orders will be shipped within 3 business days. 

TAX:  We collect sales tax only from CA, USA residents.  We do not collect any sales tax for shipping.

RETURNS:  At The Outdoor Gear Loft, we would like all our customers satisfied with their purchase.  If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number.  All returns must be mailed within 14 days of shipment. Merchandise needs to be in original condition and show no signs of wear or abuse, with original tags attached.  Upon inspection we will refund the total amount, minus all shipping charges (unless we had made an error).
