Please do note, that due to the fragile nature of chalk there is every
chance that the chalks will get split in the post. Please only order this item
from us if you are willing and happy to accept that the chalks may arrive
split. Orders are posted usually in either a bubble wrap jiffy style envelope
or jiffy bag with a Fragile sticker / Stamper printed wording on it, which ever
option we use the chalk can still get broken in the post. Thank you.
There is also an option now to purchase paint brushes within this listing, we do have a separate listing with several different style brushes if required.

All paid for items by 8pm will usually get posted the next working
day, occasionally this might be the day after that working day,
however please do check our feedback for peace of mind about speed
of dispatch.
Your purchase will be sent via the cheapest means, usually 2nd
class post. There is an option available at the time of check out only to
upgrade postage to either 1st class, recorded signed for or next day delivery.
We usually use Royal mail to deliver our items.
If
your address is one the following:School, College, University or Nursery
/ playgroup or you want the item sent to a different address to that registered
with pay pal then YOU must
pay the extra and select recorded signed for in the postage options. Likewise
if you are having issues with items getting lost in the post then we will only
send it if you upgrade to recorded mail.
Some items such as wooden letters have special notes on them
regarding payment, please always read the listing to be sure you know what it
is you are getting.
Feedback is left as soon as we receive positive feedback that your item
has been received by you. If you feel you need to leave negative or neutral
comments please, as per E bay rules, do contact us first so we can resolve any
problems.
If an item fails to arrive then we will ask you to check at the
local sorting office as more times than not the item is waiting there for you.
We will always assist customers and we will do all the paper work
etc for any postal claim. Royal Mail have timescales for when an
item is classed as lost, please check their website for these details as this
is what we will use to start a claim.
We reserve the right that if a listing is entered wrong by us that we
will cancel the listing and any purchase made within that listing - We have not
had to do this yet, but just in case, as when it comes down to it we are all
human and mistakes can happen.
As we do sell items via other means very occasionally an item sells out,
if this happens and we do not have an item to send then we will as soon as
possible offer a full refund and also were possible an alternative product.
We only reply and read messages sent using the E bay message facility.
Any messages sent to E mail will be deleted and not read.
