About Us

Forward Powersports was founded in 2002 when a phone call was received about what to do about some excess inventory. A deal was made and that inventory was sold online over the next few months as a sideline job. After seeing that success Forward was born. More excess inventories were hunted down and sold. We then saw more opportunities to bring more value to our customers through great partnerships we developed with those distributors. We branched out into specific parts people need to keep their machines going. We have now grown to a crew of 7 and continue to look for opportunities to bring value to our customers.
We pride ourselves with creating the most accurate fitment possible. Many other companies just put up what they think the parts fit. We take the extra steps to investigate every part we put online. It takes longer which means we may not have as many parts listed, but if it says it will fit a specific machine, we are pretty darn sure it will fit. If it doesn't, we will be as surprised as you and will certainly give you a refund, AND fix our listing just as fast as we can.

Forward Powersports specializes in quality parts and accessories for foreign and domestic motorcycles, V-Twin motorcycles, MX and Off-road Bikes, ATVs, snowmobiles and much more. We are located in Northeastern Wisconsin. Our customer service center is open 8AM - 4:00PM CST Monday - Friday, but you can shop our online 24/7!

We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Our partnerships with Fed Ex and the US Post Office allow us to offer our valued customers fast delivery at reasonable prices (Free is good). We ship almost all packages the next business day. Our average delivery time from order to your door is currently less than 4 days. Orders places on Fridays after 12pm CST are shipped the following Monday. While we do not ship on holidays we do put in extra time to ensure all orders get out as fast as possible. We do not currently offer express shipping but will continue to look at opportunities to add services as they become feasible.

We accept Paypal for our orders through EBay.  All payments will be confirmed before order is shipped.

Shipping in continental US is Free.  International shipping fees apply to all other orders.

* Estimated delivery dates include seller's handling time, origin ZIP Code, destination ZIP Code and time of acceptance and will depend on shipping service selected and receipt of cleared payment.  Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

Returns

60 Day Money Back - Buyer pays for return Shipping unless defect or shipping error.

All returns must be made within 60 days of purchase. A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns. Please call or email to obtain a RMA number. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless item was shipped in error by seller. Any item not returned to us in brand new condition and in original packaging (ready to sell) will be charged a restocking fee of at least 20%. - ALL pistons not shipped incorrectly by us or shown to be defective are charged at least a 20% restock fee automatically. Any return is subject to refusal if the item is damaged beyond usable condition.
