If you would like to make payment by credit/debit card but do not have a PayPal account, you can make a one-off payment from your card through PayPal's secure payment system by logging in as a Guest. For advice on paying for your order in this way please don't hesitate to contact our sales team.
Please note although we are happy to accept cheques as payment for your order, we are unable to dispatch your order until payment has cleared. Cheques and E-Cheque payments can take 5-10 business days to clear.
All deliveries are sent by DPD 24 hour courier or Royal Mail First Class Recorded Post after cleared payment is received. Please be aware standard postage is to UK mainland only and does NOT include Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Isles. For Postage to these places please contact us for delivery prices.
If your parcel has been dispatched and not arrived please contact us via email or phone and we can provide tracking details for your parcel.
You will be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date with the courier.
If you wish for the part to be delivered to an alternative address or are required to collect your purchase please contact us before paying for the item.
We offer combined postage for multiple purchases, please contact us for a combined invoice.
Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges applied to your delivery if purchased outside the UK.
We aim to process returns within 48 hours of receipt of the product, but please allow up to 7 days for exchange/refund.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us in an un-used state in the original packaging within 28 days of purchase and we'll give you a refund or exchange. The refund / Exchange will not include postage / eBay costs. Please note you MUST contact us for a returns form and returns number before returning any part. This way your return can be logged and processed promptly once it arrives back.
If your item is faulty or was incorrectly sent you must contact our customer service department for advice before returning the parcel and we will endeavour to get this resolved promptly. We are unable to accept liability for any returns parcel lost in the post, therefore please make sure all returns are sent by recorded post and you keep your receipt as proof of postage.
If you have made a mistake on purchase and wish to cancel the order before it is dispatched please contact us by email as quickly as possible.
