The Solarbayer stratified buffer storage system SPS with patented, thermo-hydraulic stratification system SLS® in the flow and return impresses with an exact stratification of the heat in the buffer storage with immediate availability of the fed-in heat. These heating buffer tanks are available as standard in sizes 500, 800, 1000, 1500, 2200, 2500, 3000 and 5000 liters. All SPS buffer stores with SLS® system are optionally available without, with one or with two solar heat exchangers.

The energy source for this buffer storage is arbitrary. The shift control system with pioneering position distributes the heat hydraulically and stores the energy in layers, so the contributions of different heat generators can be combined and always called up by any type of consumer.
The Solarbayer layer guide insert from Solarbayer ensures stable, stable stratification and thus offers maximum energy efficiency. Storage water is supplied and removed in the internal SLS® layer guide insert at the top and bottom. There, the water sorts itself undisturbed by the pump volume flows according to the principle of gravity, so that it then stratifies into the corresponding temperature zone almost without flow. The heat generated flows through the storage tank as if through a pipe and is therefore immediately available for heat removal. So we have a perfect and extremely fast system. It absorbs excess energy, largely prevents the usual heat loss from standard buffer stores and releases the stored heat in a targeted manner as required.
It is precisely these aspects that characterize a modern buffer storage. The solar layer control system complements any heat generator optimally and without any control technology. It works maintenance-free and with high operational reliability. Due to the simple integration, it offers a considerable reduction in installation and assembly costs. The storage tanks can be equipped with one or two large-scale solar heat exchangers for connecting a solar system. This enables optimal operation of the solar system with the highest output. By special memory manufacturing may wish Solarbayer Allen sizes and heights are built on request Schichtleitspeicher if necessary if structurally limited in virtually.
