Pickup is available from our Underwood Store. If you decide to purchase the goods on eBay and would like to pick them up, please notify us that you will be picking them up prior to purchasing the item. You must bring in a printout of the eBay Purchase upon pick up. |  | Defective Products:
Products found to be defective upon arrival or installation is subject to the warranty conditions. Upon arrival of the product in its original packaging back to Lighting Empire, it will be tested by our technicians. If the product is deemed to be faulty, Lighting Empire will replace the items free of charge and ship the product back to the customer. If the item is not deemed to be faulty, it will then be shipped back at the purchaser's expense. Please refer to "warranty conditions" and "important notice" for further information.
Important Notice:
If electrical work is required to install this product, a licensed electrician must install the product. If the electrical item is installed by someone without the correct qualifications, the warranty for the item is instantly void.
If you receive an item that is deemed to be faulty, please contact us immediately. The item needs to be shipped back to us at the purchaser's expense, in order for one of our electricians to test the item. A decision will then be made as to whether the claim is valid or not. If an item is deemed not to be faulty, the item will not be replaced and the return postage will be at the purchaser's expense.
In the case of "In-home Warranty", the warranty claim must be lodged through the manufacturer of the product. They will then proceed with the warranty claim.
