If your purchase is valued at $150-$400, you will be charged $15.60 for REGISTERED MAIL plus First Class Mail International Shipping. Items valued at over $400 are not allowed by USPS to be mailed using First Class Mail International. The item must be mailed using Global Express Guaranteed service, Priority Mail Express International service, or Priority Mail International service (other than Flat Rate Envelopes or Small Flat Rate Priced Boxes). Your invoice will reflect pricing for various S&H options.

In order for eBay Buyer Protection and Seller Protection to apply to our transaction, if you request that we ship your item to a USA address, that address MUST be listed in your PayPal account as an alternate address.  "Overseas" items will NOT be shipped to the USA without a USA PayPal address - unless the customer has specified his/her preference to use the eBay GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM, which uses a USA mailing address.

In 2014 there was a slight increase in overseas shipping costs, but our S&H pricing remains the same as our pricing for 2013.

If Buyer is unresponsive to Seller's emails about resolving mailing address or any other issues, Seller will cancel the transaction after seven (7) days.

PLEASE NOTE: New domestic postage rates as of Jan. 17, 2016 are higher due to the recent HUGE increase laid down by USPS for anything with bar codes/tracking. New rates also affect any USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL shipping with tracking, some of which almost DOUBLED in cost. My apologies in advance, but I must pass through these rate increases to the actual S&H charged each customer.
