Bioforce's devils claw tincture has been very popular over the years. They are now pleased to be able to bring you Devil's claw tincture tablets. Made from tincture. Also known as Harpagophytum procumbens and is named after the sharp hooks on the fruit.
The most widely used name for Harpagophytum is Devil's claw, a term used to describe the branching, wood-like and barbed fruit which appear in the rainy season. It is the tubers or the storage roots of the plant, measuring approximately 20cm in length, which are used medicinally.
After collection, they are dried to 90% of the original fresh weight to prevent the growth of fungi on the surface of the tubers. These are made from Harpago procumbens, cultivated to organic standards on specially created farms in the Kalahari Desert.
