Payment Methods
• Immediate paypal payment for order is required. Orders that are not paid for within 7 days from the time of the auction will be cancelled and the item will be relisted. Major Credit Cards are accepted by phone only.

Fast Shipping
  • Most orders ship on the next business day after payment is received. After we ship your order, eBay will send you a shipping confirmation email which includes your tracking number and a link to track your package. A business day is considered Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
• Orders placed by 11:00am EST ship out the same business day.
• Orders placed between 1:00pm EST Thursday and 11:59pm EST on Sunday (or during a holiday) are generally shipped out on the next business day within the 48 contiguous US states.

Track It
• You can also retrieve your tracking number and order status by going to the Purchase History page of your My eBay account. Your order status and tracking number will be listed if your order has been shipped.

International
• YES! But considering the complexities of international shipping please contact us about the item you wish to have shipped and we will provide all the details prior to your purchase.
• Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
• It's illegal to falsify customs declarations or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees. We will not do this for any international shipments.

Satisfaction Guarantee
• If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your item for a full refund (excluding shipping charges both to and from your location). The item must be unused, unassembled, unworn, or only tried on for fit/sizing. Packaging, external and internal must be complete and undamaged. 

Warranty Information
• All of our products are new and come straight from the manufacturer. Products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. If you have an issue with one of our products please contact us so that we can further assist you on how to file your claim.

• If an item was misrepresented, we will refund all of the shipping (both ways).
• Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.
• Returns item(s) must be repackaged securely. For ease of return, use the original packaging your order was shipped in and secure correctly.
• Refund (minus original shipping) will be processed by same payment method within 7 days of receipt.
• We will email confirmation promptly, once your return has been processed.
• Some items do not qualify for a return whatsoever, please note the auction description for a notification that all sales are final.

A restocking fee of up to 20% may be imposed on returned items.  
Free Shipping?  It still cost us money to ship this item to you.  The cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the refund.
