~ This top coat will make any polish holographic ~
~ Full holographic effect is best achieved in sunlight or bright light ~
It will have more of a gray hue indoors/natural light & as additional coats are applied.
It goes on smooth over nail polish.
It's best shown over a dark base, but looks gorgeous over any polish.
~ I use Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat for a beautiful glossy finish ~
Topcoat base is 5 free ~ Contains no camphor, formaldehyde, toluene,
dibutyl phthalate (DBP) or formaldehyde resins.
Comes from a smoke free environment.
Polish will be carefully boxed and shipped within 48 hours of payment.
