HOW TO USE - Easy as 1-2-3 and 4 smiles

1. Select a design and cut around the Decal

2. Place the design into a saucer of water and after approx 20 seconds the decal
will lift away from the backing sheet

3. Pace a drop of water onto your nail or the surface you want to put the transfer on
place the decal, dab dry with kitchen paper

4.  Paint a coat of thin clear nail varnish over the decal and nail to seal and protect
