Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 Days of your receipt.
A full refund will be offered if the goods are returned undamaged and in the original packaging. All products will be inspected to ensure they are in a re-saleable condition. If you require a refund please allow 7 working days for this to be processed from the day we received the returned products.
Please obtain proof of postage when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach us. Also not that postage will be at the customers expense.
Should your item arrive defective or damaged please notify Fabric Penguin immediately and a replacement will be sent upon return of the damaged item.
For damaged or defective goods the customers return postage expense will be reimbursed, please allow 7 working days for this to be processed.
We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded unless the goods are faulty.
If your return is because you have ordered the wrong item i.e colour or length and you wish us to send out a replacement please specify the correct length and colour by messaging us. If the fabric is the wrong length or colour because your measurements are incorrect or that you have ordered the wrong colour we cannot be held liable and the replacement fabric will incur a delivery charge. We will do all we can to keep the cost of postage to a minimum for you, for a quote please contact us.
