Attention  International Buyers

      Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check with his/her local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying and how & where they must be paid. Delays or holds on your package after shipment are beyond our control and are the buyers responsibility

       

      The buyer is responsible to choose the carrier and delivery method desired to deliver the package in the time frame desired. Please read all shipping information concerning delivery times to your location. Please Choose a delivery method and carrier than can deliver your package safely to you in the time frame that you need it.

      The seller / shipper is not responsible for any items that are mailed or shipped out of the United States. If your package gets lost or stolen in the mail no refunds will be given. The items will not be re-sent unless re-purchased.  Tracking information will be provided to show the item was shipped but may not track the package once it leaves the local US Post Office. Once your package leaves the United States it is your responsibility.  If your package does not arrive in a timely manner please contact your local post office and/or customs office. Please be sure to choose a carrier you are confident will deliver the package securely to desired destination in the time frame required. If you are not confident the package will not be safe after delivery please contact the carrier to have them hold the package for pickup.

      We are not responsible if package is lost or stolen after delivery. Customs and postal inspections in the destination country can delay arrival. If your package has not arrived within the time specified contact your local post office and customs office with the tracking number supplied to you. Many countries do not track packages so United States Postal Service tracking numbers only show when the package was shipped. Please be aware we do not personally deliver your package, we ship it using the method you requested. If your package gets delayed in the shipping process we can’t refund your money or reship your items.
