Gelb Music ships to many locations both domestic and international (See below for International Shipments). For locations such as Hawaii, Alaska, and other US territories outside the lower 48 please contact us first to discuss shipping, there may be an additional charge. We must ship to the address that is provided by eBay. Please make sure your address is up to date.

Signature is required for all orders over $500. No Saturday deliveries unless requested (additional fee applies).

Please note that FedEx and  UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes, APO or AE addresses. We reserve the right to change shipping providers. Shipment tracking is provided when available.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Gelb Music uses eBay's Global Shipping Program for all international shipments. Products are shipped to eBay's hub in Kentucky, USA where eBay inspects, re-packs then re-ships the item to you. We do not control the international documents for eBay's Global Shipping, we cannot change the value or mark as gift to avoid or reduce import taxes and duties.

Also please be aware of your local electrical. USA is v110. Some items may require an electrical converter (For Example: Go from v110 to v220). Not all products can be shipped outside the USA due to dealer agreement or import regulations.

CALIFORNIA SALES TAX
