Returns and Refunds:
I hope that you will like the item that you have purchased from me but should you wish to return the item for any reason I will refund in full any payments. Each item is checked carefully for any faults or damages before dispatching & also to make sure the correct item is posted to you so returns are very rare.
Please contact me in the first instance by Ebay messages to request to Cancel the Transaction within 7 working days of receipt of item. Item should be returned to me within 14 days the latest as Ebay places a time limit for the refund of fees of cancelled transactions.
Losses of items in the post are extremely rare. Customers wishing to raise claims for items not received should be prepared to co-operate in any subsequent investigations that will be required by both the courier & any other authority involved including in some case the Police. Royal Mail, does not consider an item lost in post for 15 business days in the UK & 30 business days for international items. Please do not contact me before as no replacements will be sent until then.
Please take a good care of the item & all the original Visconti packaging, tags, dust bag, labels, etc. if you’d wish to return it as we pay extra for the professional packaging for each bag. Please keep the item locked away from heat, pets or smoke when in your possession.
The item should be posted by the same postal service it was sent to you or as agreed. If returning from abroad please select an online trackable postal service or as agreed.
If posting from outside European Union countries always indicate on the Custom Label this is a RETURNED MERCHANDISE - please contact me for further details before posting it back. Items that fail to indicate this will attract VAT & Custom charges in the UK that subsequently will be taken off the refund due.
All items must be returned unused, in their original protective Visconti packaging, with all the original labels & tags attached in re-sellable condition as BRAND NEW. If the item is returned in used condition or damaged due to lack of care or inadequate packaging it will be donated to the local Charity & subsequently no refund will be due or returned back to the buyer upon paying the cost of postage.
