 Rotating Base Polarized Plug - Rotating polarized base plug has a base that rotates to accommodate sockets that are mounted upside down (ground is up) or sideways.  The nightlight DOES NOT rotate. Solves the problem of outlets installed upside down (ground up), sideways, or on an angle.
