DELIVERY:

·       Usually we send orders made before noon at the same day – all orders after that in the morning next day.

PAYMENT:

We accept payment via Paypal , Postal Order and cash on collection. We never send items before payment clearance.

PACKING & POSTING:

·      Items bought in our shop we pack separately in bags (it depends from product – clear bags or grip bags), all are sent in jiffy bag – to make sure that the item is not damaged during delivery. Additionally we enclose invoice.

·       RETURN POLICY

1.   If you are unhappy with received items please contact us before stating a feedback. Our aim is your satisfaction – therefore we will try to solve the problem the best as we can.

2.     If you do not like product – you can return within 7 days after delivery. Please send us the item first, we will return you the value of item but without posting fee.

3.     If we send you improper item (if possible please send us the picture), please return us the item first– we will return you all spent money - value of item and postage fee.

4.     Please read description and measurements before ordering.
