Our orders leave our UK based warehouse on the same working day for any orders placed before 1pm. After this cut off orders will be sent on the next working day.

Next day delivery is available (mainland UK only), again the cut off for this is for orders placed before 1pm.

Our UK orders are usually dispatched with Royal Mail 48 service, international orders are usually sent via Royal Mail Priority Airmail service.

Collection is also available at no extra cost from our warehouse based in Leek, Staffordshire.

Our working days are Monday - Friday (excluding UK public holidays).

How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

All of our items are in stock and are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of your order being confirmed. Estimated destination delivery times are as follows:

UK: 3 to 5 Working Days
Europe: 6 to 8 Working Days
USA: 8 to 10 Working Days
South America: 10 to 12 Working Days
Russia: 10 to 12 Working Days
Rest Of The World: 8 to 10 Working Days

What Happens If My Order Doesn’t Arrive?

You will receive an email from eBay confirming that your order has been despatched. If your order hasn’t arrived within the time scales stated above please contact us directly regarding your order.

It is always worth checking with your local Sorting Office to see if they are holding your package.
In accordance with the guidelines set by Royal Mail here in the UK, parcels shall be classed as ‘missing’ after the following time scales:

UK: 15 Working Days
Europe: 20 Working Days
USA: 25 Working Days
South America: 25 Working Days
Russia: 25 Working Days
Rest Of The World: 25 Working Days

Once this time has been passed we will always issue you with your choice of a full refund or a replacement product [if available].

What Is Your Returns Policy?

At Great Gear Store Limited we are proud of our exceptional level of customer service and offer a 30 day guarantee on every purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase and in accordance with Consumer Protection regulations relating to distance selling, you may cancel your order up to 7 days from the day after you receive your goods. Any returned goods must be received by Great Gear Store Limited in their original and resalable condition [and sealed packaging where applicable]. If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect delivery please contact us within 48 hours of the receipt of your goods. After which we will discuss the problem with you and resolve the problem.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you wish to change your order or cancel an item please contact us as soon as possible.
