Description	Hank's Surplus tactical operator caps. Low profile style. All hats are proudly made in the USA. 50% Nylon/50% Cotton blend ripstop. Adjustable Velcro back closure. Comes with front, top and back Velcro loop patches. Use these Velcro patches to put your Velcro flag, custom patches and name plates on. The MultiCam color caps come with the MultiCam Velcro loop (soft Velcro side) patches with size 3.5" front, 1" top and 4" back. All other cap colors come with 3" front, 1" top and 4" back Velcro loop patches.
