These were purchased at a supplier liquidation earlier this year, and they were brand new in the original factory boxes.  We repackaged them in 4-mil ziplock bags for resale, and so they would ship cheaper.  Online prices run about $11.00 per fuse, so these are rather expensive if you buy them retail.
