Dragon Fruit Epiphyllum Pitahaya Cactus Cuttings

You will get 2 cactus cuttings as shown in the last picture.  Each cutting is approx. 6-7 inches long. Last 3 pictures are the sample of its plant with blooms and fruits.




During cold weather- If you want your plant(s) to be safe during the cold, Heat Pack is available and can be purchased at my ebay store under Heat Pack.


HOW TO GROW CACTUS/SUCCULENT CUTTINGS

 

1. A cutting must be “calloused over,” meaning the cut end of the pad is dry and has sealed itself over in order to protect itself.

 

2. Place your dry cut end approximately 1 to 2 inches into the soil. Pack soil down firmly! Do not water for 2-3 weeks. Then water well. And allow the soil slightly dry between watering.

 

3. Place in a bright, warm, sunny location. Plant outdoors if possible after danger of frost has passed and the soil has warmed for the season. Plant may need to be protected for the first couple of years until they establish and harden off.

 

4. Cactus/succulent will begin to root in anywhere 2-6 weeks. When roots have established, the plant will then start to show new growth. 

 

Combine Shipping:I do combine shipping and it will depend on which plants due to sizes and weight of them. Please email me for combine shipping quote. There will be NO combine/discount shipping with heat pack(s).

Shipping: All effort and care will make to pack plant, but I cannot guarantee the blooms or buds due to conditions beyond my control during shipping.  I also cannot be held responsible if the package is lost or damage by the postal service.  It is your option to insure the package.  Please include insurance fee if you want your package to be insured.


I will ship ASAP when payment is received, and generally ship from Mon – Thurs. I sometimes ship on Fri. if it’s a cactus/succulent or plant that I think can stay in box over the weekend.

Payment: To get your plants to you in a timely manner, Paypal is my preferred method of payment. All payment must due within 3 days of purchase.  If a payment is not made in 3-7 days and I don’t receive any response from you, I reserve the right to relist the item. I can hold your item(s) for a few days if you wish to combine shipment with other items.  But as you know, it is best to ship items in bloom or spike ASAP.
