This item was acquired at a salvage freight sale a while back, and they are brand new in every way.  We received them in a bulk factory box, so we packaged them in heavy ziplock bags for resale.  Best we can research, these are for powering those expensive 12V HID track lights that fancy women talk their rich husbands into installing in their homes.  They are also used for product illumination in stores which sell overpriced clothing, jewelry, and other trinkets.  If you install lighting for those who cater to such nonsense, do we have a deal for you!

These are supposedly capable of supporting a fixture weighing (20) pounds, but it's your head -- you hang whatever you like from them.  And the label says to use them only with Nordic aluminum track, but I don't see why an old garage door rail wouldn't be just as good.  I mean, it's not like you're planning to get them inspected or anything...
