Return Policy

All SUIT PROS purchases may be returned for a full refund (excluding any shipping paid by customer) or exchange within 14 calendar days of the shipment delivery date.  Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 14 calendar days of delivery date. Exchanges are subject to available inventory, please contact us within 14 calendar days to check if we have the size you need for an exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange please contact us through the EBAY MESSAGE SYSTEM and clearly state the reason you are requesting your return or exchange. A customer service representative will respond to all valid requests within 24-48 hrs with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) or an Exchange Number (RXA). Packages returned without a valid RMA or RXA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all items returned for a refund. Exchanges are not subject to restocking fee.

Suits must be exchanged as a whole unit (pants and jacket together). We cannot exchange just the pants or just the jacket from a 2 or 3 piece suit to a different size (unless defective), as suits come pre-paired according to size.

Requirements for Returns & Exchanges

1.       A request for return must be generated through Ebay. 

2.       Returned items must be in new condition with original tags.

3.        Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.

4.        Clothing must not be altered in any way or show any signs of wear.

5.        Tracking number must be provided for all return shipments.

6.       Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
