| This is map of The Towns of Chelsea, Revere, Saugus, Lynn & Swampscott, MA from 1852. This is one of my oldest map offerings and is simply packed with historical information. Recently reproduced on fine natural color parchment, it's 11"x 17" and the map fills the entire area which offers up many matting options suitable to fit a variety of standard size frames. The pictures provided only show portions of the actual maps! Please contact me with any questions! Contained on the map are finely detailed locations of the homeowners of the Towns of Chelsea, Revere, Saugus, Lynn & Swampscott. Also shown on this map are the towns of Stoneham, Melrose, Malden & Everett. Due to the lack of additional title space, this map is also listed with those additional towns in another auction. The first two pics shown cover the entire map and the remaining pics show sections of this map in better detail. The area this map covers extremely limits the amount of information that can be shown. Therefore many of the homeowners shown are sizable land owners. Some of the surnames which are clearly printed are Baldwin, Putnam, Smith, Hall, Spring, Hawkins, Higgins, Holmes, Green, Floyd, Ring and so many more that it's impossible to list! Also indicated on the map are schools, named streets, railroads and rivers/streams. Please keep in mind that due to the huge amount of information on this map, the names are quite small and are best observed with a magnifying glass. It would indeed make quite a conversation piece as well as an excellent gift for that person who has everything!
