Payment: We only accept PayPal payments. Its speedy, secure and has great protections in place for buyers.
Customer Service: If you should need any assistance before after or during an order, don't hesitate to contact right away. We generally respond to all emails Same day or next day. Although it is rare, should you have an issue with your order make sure to contact us before you take any action as you see it is quicker and we will treat you with the same friendly and speedy service regardless.
Returns: If you should need to return an item, that's okay! (for any reason). You must first contact us for Return instructions and a Return Authorization number and address. We will be glad to either replace or refund your order if you request the return by 14 days from the delivery date. After that you will have another 14 days to get it to us.
Shipping: Standard Shipping is always FREE on ALL our items. We add the shipping method to the eBay listing which will reflect the options we offer. If you need it to ship another way you must request it in advance (no guarantee once order ships).
Change Order: Changes to a order is limited due to eBay and PayPal's protection policies. We cannot ship to a different address than that which was used at the time of payment. Please double check your Billing and Shipping Info before you complete the purchase. Any changes that we do allow may not be possible after the order is placed due to our fast pace shipping.
International Orders: You can find shipping charges by clicking on the payment and shipping tab towards the top of the page. Remember that unless your order is a part of the eBay Global Shipping Program which collects Tax/Duty/Customs fees upfront, you will have to pay those fees when it arrives in your country. don't confuse our shipping charge as those fees. From there you can get a quote for your country. Please note: that if you place an order to a location that our carrier does not deliver to we will notify you and cancel the order.
