1. Fully charge your Solar Power Bank using the USB cable provided and inserting the small micro USB end to adapter to the Power Bank (in the "IN" port). On the other end of the cable (the full size USB end) you should insert into the USB port of your computer/laptop/USB Wall Charger. Please note that you must fully charge your Solar Power Bank prior to initial use - Please keep on charge for around 5-6 hours for first few charges.
2. To charge via Solar Power, simply have sunlight/daylight visible on the solar panels and you will see the charging LEDs illuminate indicating that your Solar Power Bank is charging.
3. To charge your digital devices (such as your mobile phone, tablet, etc.) You simply use your own USB cable or use the cable supplied if compatible. Choose the output port that is suitable for your device (2.0A OUT or 1A OUT). Usually if you are charging a mobile phone then use the 1A OUT port, and if it is a tablet/iPad then choose 2A OUT port. Your device will then start to charge.

1 - Orders received before 4pm BST will be shipped on the same day through Royal Mail Second Class, Orders received after 4pm will be shipped on the next working day.

Cancellation / Refund
1 - If you wish to cancel the order, please inform us before 3 pm on the same day of purchase as if the item has left the warehouse we cannot stop the dispatch and we will have to wait for the item to be returned to process the refund and you will be charged for the postage .
2 - We will accept returns within 14 days of purchase and refund will be issued only after we receive the item back in our warehouse and it has been checked by our professionals to be in the same working order and in the same condition ( PLEASE DO NOT PEEL OFF STICKY LABELS AS ITEM WILL NOT BE IN RESALE CONDITION AFTER THAT).
