Item Description

· Our Candy range is made to order from a extruded plastic

· The frame comes in 11 different colours: Aqua Blue, Black,  Crimson, Dijon Yellow, Hot Pink, Lime Green, Midnight Blue, Peony, Purple, Racing Green and White

· The frame has a smooth glossy finish (please note that due to this there may be a very slight colour difference shown on screen to that of the finished product)

· The picture frame dimensions refer to the glass size

· The moulding measures 30mm wide and 20mm deep

· Photo Frames are ready to hang or stand in portrait or landscape

· Frame sizes larger than 14x11 inches are to hang only

· Each frame comes with an MDF backing board and is fitted with glass

· Frames of A2 and larger are fitted with high-clarity plastic safety glass

Standard delivery: £4.95



Orders will be sent within 24 hours of purchase using a 3-5 working day service, excluding bank holidays. Delivery to some postcodes, including Northern Ireland and outlying parts of the UK mainland, may take a further 2 working days. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been dispatched. 



Express delivery service



Orders will be sent within 24 hours of purchase using a 1-2 working day service, excluding bank holidays. Delivery to some postcodes, including Northern Ireland and outlying parts of the UK mainland, may take a further 2 working days. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping is charged per order rather than per frame. The shipping cost should automatically update however if it does not please send us a request for a revised invoice and we will update this for you.



Orders will be sent to the address chosen at checkout - in the event that you need it sent to a different address please message us directly and we will do our best to change this however cannot guarantee this. Please DO NOT leave a note at checkout to change the address as these comments are not routinely monitored. 



Please be advised that sadly we are unable to pass any delivery instructions across to the courier, however the tracking number for your order will be sent directly to the email address registered to eBay.

Returns

In the event that you change your mind about your order and wish to return your frame for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer and we do recommend using a signed-for service as we are unable to take responsibility for goods that are not delivered. 



In the event that a frame arrives damaged please do let us know and we will of course be more than happy to send a replacement to you. Please do contact us prior to making any alternative arrangements.
