Delivery

Price includes the cost of courier delivery, postage, VAT and packaging of a fragile item.

Need it faster? no problem, just choose another delivery method on checkout. Worldwide? No Problem, we deliver worldwide.

Returns

If you change your mind (within 14 days), return it unopened for a full refund of the amount paid. If its faulty or damaged, (you must report within 1 working day of receipt), we will send a replacement once the faulty or damaged item is returned. You must email us before returning anything so that we can authorise. If you prefer not to receive a replacement for a damaged or faulty item, then you may choose to "cancel the sale" and return the item at your cost for a full refund. Colours are as close a match as possible and can vary slightly for many reasons including lighting, monitors etc. We require, without exception, damages to glass and ceramic items to be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Please email us if you require any more information. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we go to great lengths to ensure all fragile items are packaged securely. Any returns that you send back are your responsibility, so please ensure returns are packaged exceptionally well. Couriers do not accept any liability for damage to glass items so it is our risk when sending, and will be yours if returning.
