We will generally allow TWO days for payment and then send a polite message if this is ignored then we will open a case 24hrs later. All we ask is that you let us know if there are any difficulties or problems in making payment.



Shipping

We will endeavour to ship within 1 WORKING DAY and in some cases the same day.
Please Note: If purchases are made after 2pm on Friday then it is likely that the purchase will not be despatched until the following Monday as we are unable to ship at weekends.
If your purchase has not arrived within seven days of the purchase please do let us know and we will endeavour to locate it for you promptly.
