The baseboard, made from 100% recycled materials, has a sliding fence for accurate measuring of the border width. Having the fence fixed to a baseboard speeds up the cutting process and guarantees four perpendicular cuts every time. The scale on the fence does away with the need for measuring out before the cut is made.

The Compact mount cutter will produce square or rectangle windows in any Matboard ( or mountboard or mountcard if you prefer) An open ended guide rail allows bevel cuts in matboards of any size, taking two bites.

The Compact mount cutter is supplied with a bevel head for cutting the window and a straight cutting knife for sizing boards.
