Symptoms of faulty DC Power Jack

  • The adapter charges the Tablet only when you hold the adapter pin/ connection in a certain position.

  • The Tablet gets no power at all even when a working adapter is connected

  • The adapter does not charge the battery at all even when both the adapter and the battery works fine.

  • The Tablet switches from AC power to battery power intermittently.

  • The socket on the laptop is loose and moves freely.


  • The Tablet suddenly shuts off.

  •  The Tablet socket sparks when the adapter pin is inserted.

Walk- in's for returns and replacement services will not be entertained at all.

As per eBay, all return items should be in the same condition as it was received.
