Sequel to the popular action-comedy. Detective Carter (Chris Tucker) is on holiday visiting his friend Detective Lee (Jackie Chan) in Hong Kong. During Carter's stay a bomb goes off at the US consulate, and this means the old buddies are soon back working together, joining forces to track down the bombers.
