This clip is used on a some older Honda models. It is used on early Accord models on the windscreen cowl / wiper motor covers. On the first model Preludes it is used on the wheel arch linings. On the original CRX it is used on the disc brake shields. 

This part has been discontinued by Honda and is no longer available from the manufacturer.
